Price quotes are subject to artwork review.
All orders require written confirmation before the
start of production.
Paper or e-proofs must be approved in writing prior
to production.
Once
approval is received, any customer requested changes made to an order must be
confirmed via e-mail or fax and
depending on what stage of production the order is in, may be subject to
applicable change fees.
Production time begins after proof approval. Any changes to an order may
cause production and/or delivery delays.
In
addition to our own company policies, we at Synergy are bound by the terms &
conditions of our supplying factories which are therefore applied to all
transactions with each of our customers. When placing your orders with us, it
will be understood that you are in agreement.

Art
Charges: |
|
All artwork is subject to review
and factory approval.
If print ready digital art files are not available,
your order may be subject to artwork preparation fees which would be
discussed prior to order production. Additional charges may include
PMS color matches or metallic inks, if applicable. PMS colors may not be
always guaranteed depending on the materials being printed but they are
matched as closely as possible.

Cancellation Charges: |
|
Orders cancelled during production will be
billed for all costs incurred at time of cancellation. Prep costs and
re-stocking charges may apply.
|
|
Complaints: |
|
Any
complaints must be made within 10 days after receipt of shipment and will be
addressed accordingly.

Copyright/Trademark Laws:
|

Synergy Ad Specialties, Inc.
assumes that artwork submitted for reproduction in producing an order, was
submitted in full compliance with the laws governing copyright, trademarks,
etc. Purchasers, by placing these orders, agree not to hold Synergy Ad Specialties, Inc.
responsible for any damages, costs and/or expenses arising under these laws
as a consequence of our use of said artwork.
The artwork, designs and
trademarks imprinted on the products displayed herein are reproduced only as
examples of the type and quality of imprinted products available. They are
not intended to represent that the products are endorsed by or produced for
the owners of the artwork, designs or trademarks. Products within this
site may be subject to copyright, patent or other property rights and should
not be reproduced in whole or in part without express written permission.

Overruns
and Underruns: |
|
Although some factories make every attempt to
produce exact quantities, the industry standard is that most products are
subject to an average of 5% over or under the quantity ordered and is billed
accordingly (with certain products the percentage may be higher.)
Orders specifying exact quantities may be subject to applicable fees and
orders specifying "no overs" may be subject to unders when
available.

Paper
or Electronic Proofs: |
|
Initial
paper or e-proofs are available at no charge. Fees may be applied to additional proofs
thereafter.
|
|
Payments and Pricing: |
|
Payments may be made by credit card, company
check or money order. Until credit terms are established, a 50% deposit is
required on all orders being paid by check or money order. Balance due on
completion, before shipping.
Prepayment is required on first time orders.

applicable fees.

Production
Time: |
|
Normal
production time on most items is typically 10-15 working days after proof approval.

Returns:
|
|
We do
not accept returns on imprinted merchandise. All returns on blank goods can
only be accepted with prior factory approval and may be subject to
re-stocking fees. |

Rush Service: |
|
Rush service is available on
certain items on special request and is subject to factory approval, rush
fees and express shipping charges - all which must be approved by customer in
writing.

Samples: |
|
Random samples
are usually available upon request. Item and shipping fees may apply.

Set Up
Charges: |
|
Set up
charges may apply if required by factory.
|
|
Shipping: |
|
Shipping charges vary and are based on method
and total shipping weight of order.
All orders ship ground unless
otherwise specified and approved.
If you
have an account number with a preferred shipping carrier that
you would like
us to use, please let us know when placing your order.
Freight estimates are available upon request as well as shipment tracking
numbers.
Please Note:
Special packaging/handling may be required for certain
items such as bottled water, glassware & perishables.
Individual drop
shipments as well as destination and/or method changes after order confirmation
may be subject to additional fees.
